H. E. Dr. Rudolf Nikolic. Honorary Member to Republic of Serbia. Studied Aeronautical Engineering and was graduated as an Aeronautical Engineer.I've been working as a Chief of Flight Authorization Department of Federal Government of Yugoslavia / name of my former Country / from 1985 until 1999 when I left Government Service.I finished Diplomatic Science and graduated as a Doctor of Diplomatic Science of Hubert Cornish Fox Foundation.I've been recommended to continue my education and was graduated as a Doctor of Civilian Law moreover finished Religious education and graduated as a Doctor of Philosophy.Than I have been promoted as a lifetime Professor and member of the Board of aforementioned University.I was a Lt General of International Police Commission / Australia Command but retired under my request after several years of hard work.I've been an Assistant Commissioner for Intelligence & Terrorism Affairs at Office of the Commissioner an IGO since this Organization has been affiliated with United Nation.Resigned under my request since two years ago when Organization left UN.I am highest level graduated at Karate and been Internationally recognized as a " Sensei " after 45 years of exercising.I am Internationally recognized Bodyguard Instructor.I am a member of several International Police Organization as an adviser at education and expert at Police duty.I was honored of Lordship of Royal House of Windsor Rurikovich and a member of the House of Lords of aforementioned Royal House.
